Zotovich Syrah

Last night, Joey and I slipped into the hot tub and popped open a bottle of Zotovich Syra. Wow, was it a moment. This wine is something special. We found ourselves just as captivated by its intoxicating aromas as we were by every sip. It's a classic cool-climate Syrah with impeccable pedigree, farmed with genuine care and precision.

I just got back from the market, and we're opening another bottle tonight with my parents, who just arrived in town. On the table: crusty bread, olive tapenade, Manchego cheese, fresh cherries, and a bit of chocolate to finish. This wine sings with it all.
