Three TGIF wines to mix and match

This is about the time of year when summer truly begins for us, and the temperature is definitely on the rise. For most of the country, Labor Day signals the start of Fall, but here on the Central Coast, it marks the beginning of our warmest season.

And while “they” say you shouldn’t wear white after Labor Day, I say that rule doesn’t apply to what’s in your glass. White wines never go out of style, especially when it comes to keeping cool while the thermometer climbs.

We’ve got a great TGIF lineup this week to help you beat the heat: 2020 Zotovich Vineyard Chardonnay, 2021 SRH Chardonnay, and for the die-hard red wine drinkers, the 2021 Sangiovese from Adobe Canyon Vineyard. $30/bottle or $300/case, and you can mix and match your case however you like.
